So let's get started with a bang...two tests!
Test #1--Banana Oatmeal Smoothie:
1 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup rolled oats, raw
2 tablespoons peanut butter
The way I made the recipe, it comes out to 570 calories. So even though it is a healthy breakfast, it's not low calorie.
