I came across your blog as a result of Pinterest, and enjoyed scrolling through your various posts. I was taken by surprise when I was reading through your 75 budget friendly meals and saw "Navajo Tacos" listed. Outside of my family, I have never met anyone that knew what those were.

@Anna Navajo tacos start with roll dough fried in hot oil (in Utah, they call them scones). Then you top them with all your favorite taco toppings: cheese, beans, taco meat, lettuce, tomato, salsa, etc.
