I stuck a marshmallow on a lollipop stick, dipped it in melted chocolate, then dipped just the flat end in sprinkles. You could also roll them in coconut, crushed nuts, graham cracker crumbs, or finely chopped candy bars. You can find lollipop sticks at any craft store near the cake decorating supplies. Here’s a photo of my operation:
Putting the wet mallows into craft foam to dry worked really well! My marshmallow pops were much prettier since they didn’t have a flattened side where they had dried against a cookie sheet. Once I had all the mallows dipped, I stuck them in the fridge to help the chocolate harden.
I tried doing a layer of caramel, but it kept dripping off, so I gave up and ate all the melted caramel. I know, it’s a rough life.
Cheerful, delicious, homemade… just the kind of gift I like to give!

So cute! Love this idea! And it's not that expensive either.

Wonder if this would work in conjunction with some hot coco… stir it up with the marshmallow pops maybe?

I thought of that too, I guess because it's in a mug. I think it would be adorable! Great idea, Firefly!
