Cranberry Orange Almond Holiday Mocktail

My husband ran out to Target a few weeks ago, and he brought back a bottle of Canada Dry Cranberry.  We both fell in love.  It is all the fizzy zip of ginger ale with a kiss of cranberry.

I knew the moment I tasted it that I wanted to create a delicious holiday mocktail to serve at a fancy Christmas dinner party we're having with friends.

I tested this drink on my family at Thanksgiving. It was a smashing success! If you'd like to add a little elegance and sparkle to your holiday meal, give this recipe a try. It's refreshing, delicious and so simple to make.

Cranberry Orange Almond Holiday Mocktail

2 liter bottle Canada Dry Cranberry
1 cup whole fresh cranberries
2 oranges
1 teaspoon almond extract

Slice one orange into thin circles, then cut the circles in half.

Carefully pour the entire bottle of Canada Dry Cranberry into a pretty pitcher. Squeeze the juice from one orange into the pitcher, then add almond extract. Stir, then garnish with fresh cranberries and orange slices.

  1. I love using fresh cranberries for holiday baking, but I've never thought about using them in drinks. These mocktails look perfect for the family Christmas party! Thanks for sharing! #client

  2. And if you froze some of the cranberries, they'd be like pretty ice cubes!

  3. Maybe buy extra Ginger Ale to make ice cubes with cranberries frozen in them. Can't wait to try this. Thanks for sharing.
