Oreo Ice Cream Cupcakes
Make individual sized ice cream cakes to serve at parties.
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 12 scoops ice cream softened
- 6 Oreo cookies crushed
- sprinkles optional
Line the cups of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Place one Oreo cookie into each liner.
Press softened ice cream into each cupcake liner.
Top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
Freeze until ice cream is firm again before serving.
