Creamy Jalapeno Corn

This Creamy Jalapeno Corn recipe is an awesome and easy side dish and is a hit at potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen corn
  • 4 oz canned, diced jalapenos or 1 fresh jalapeno, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a small slow cooker. Heat on high until cream cheese and butter are melted. Stir until smooth. Double or triple the recipe if bringing to a potluck. (Trust me on that one.)

Notes

If jalapenos are too spicy for you, try subbing a can of diced green chiles instead. You can also double the recipe and add half jalapenos, half green chiles.
