Candy Bar Crackers
Candy bar crackers are a sweet and salty treat that can be made in just a few minutes with only four ingredients!
Ingredients
- RITZ Crackers
- Rolo Candies
- Marshmallow Cream
- Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
- Fill a baking tray with Ritz crackers and top each one with a Rolo candy. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos soften just enough to stick to the crackers.
- Use two spoons to scoop a dollop of marshmallow cream onto each cracker, then top them with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts.
Notes
If you don't plan to serve them immediately, hold off on adding the marshmallow cream. It tends to "drip" off of the crackers if it sits too long.
