Cake Mix Gingerbread Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

Cookie

  • 1 spice cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Frosting

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Cookies

  • Mix ingredients together until evenly combined. The batter will be really thick. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes, or until the tops are no longer shiny. Makes about 18 cookies.

Frosting

  • Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and whip until fluffy.
