Easy Italian Cream Cheese Chicken

Tender shredded chicken is spiced with zesty Italian seasonings and smothered in a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 breasts chicken
  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Place trimmed chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with Italian dressing powder. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
  • Shred chicken. Add cream cheese and soup. Cook for an additional 30 minutes (while you cook pasta or rice). Stir, then serve hot.
  • Optional: Top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
