And sometimes you choose to make that happy life one craft project, one DIY home upgrade, one loaf of bread at a time. Creating is good therapy!
I started my blog in 2008 because I loved sharing whatever project I was working on. We didn’t have internet at home at the time, so I would ride my bike to the public library to publish my posts. One day my brother-in-law said, “Wait— how many people are visiting that site of yours?” and that was the day I accidentally started a business.
Today The Craft Patch is a premier digital media production company. I feel beyond blessed to have found this dream career. I couldn’t do it without my loyal readers who have stuck with me through it all. Seeing you make projects from my site is the absolute best feeling in the world.
