Candy bar crackers are a sweet and salty treat that can be made in just a few minutes with only four ingredients!

I’m a huge sucker for sweet and salty combinations, so I decided to turn these crunchy, buttery crackers into a sweet snack bite. They are such an easy treat, but don’t let the simplicity fool you… these things are delicious! Like, eat-the-whole-pan-while-no-one-is-looking kind of delicious.

They taste like a candy bar!

It’s such a simple snack, but the combination of chocolate and marshmallows with the crunchy RITZ crackers and salty peanuts is so addicting! These tasty morsels would make a perfect party appetizer or an easy treat for family game night.

I’m definitely adding them to our holiday cookie trays too!

Here’s a short video to show you how easily these yummy candy bar crackers come together.

Author: Jennifer from The Craft Patch
Ingredients
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Rolo Candies
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Fill a baking tray with Ritz crackers and top each one with a Rolo candy. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes, or until the Rolos soften just enough to stick to the crackers.
  2. Use two spoons to scoop a dollop of marshmallow cream onto each cracker, then top them with a sprinkling of chopped peanuts.
Recipe Notes

If you don't plan to serve them immediately, hold off on adding the marshmallow cream. It tends to "drip" off of the crackers if it sits too long.
