No Sew Scarf From A T-Shirt

I love a good deal, so I was pretty stoked when I found a bunch of athletic shirts for my husband on clearance at Old Navy. He liked two out of the three I brought home, which is pretty good for him. The third shirt had a weird cut to it, but of course it was the best deal of them all–$1.50! Not worth returning, so I kept it and gave it a new life. Here’s the shirt in question:

Since the weather has turned cold, I decided to make this shirt it into an infinity scarf for me. This is seriously the easiest project. It’s so easy, I almost feel silly posting about it! And yet, here we are.

To make a t-shirt into an infinity scarf, just cut off the top of the shirt somewhere below the arm holes. That’s it, folks! I didn’t hem it or anything!

All the comfort of a favorite tee in a snuggly new infinity scarf!

This would be a great way to recycle shirts that are too big or too small, to save a shirt that is stained or ripped somewhere up top or to find a use for a clearance shirt that’s too good of a deal to pass up!

Happy scarf weather, friends!
