This no-bake Oreo cheesecake dessert is easy to make, insanely delicious and impressive-looking because it’s stacked into a pyramid tower.
Are you searching for a gorgeous and easy dessert to wow your friends and family? Well, look no further! I’ve got the most amazing no-bake mixed berry Oreo cheesecake tower that’s the perfect dessert for any special occasion. It’s a showy dessert that’s surprisingly easy to make and the taste is out-of-this-world.
It’s made with layers of Oreo cookies, a fluffy no-bake cheesecake cream and mixed berry pie filling. It’s an Oreo lover’s dream dessert!
It’s a py-OREO-mid of love and it’s guaranteed to earn you major brownie points (are Oreo Points a thing? They should be!) with the one you love.
Are you ready for the super simple recipe?
With an electric hand mixer, beat softened cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
Make an even layer of Oreos on a cake stand or in a springform pan. Spread 1/3 of the cheesecake mixture over the Oreos. Top with a layer of berry pie filling.
Repeat until the tower is really tall and impressive and you run out of filling. I tried to keep the Oreos as flat as possible as I added each new layer. I didn’t want a leaning tower of Oreos. That would be bad.
Once you’ve made your Oreo stack cake, let it chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. Then climb a mountain of Oreo goodness!

An Oreo tower? Is there anything better? NO! Love it!
How do you cut/serve this?
I used a pie server and cut wedge shaped pieces, going through the cracks between the cookies as often as I could.
